Tsoukalas Yannis – Rooms to let with perfect view, is a small individual rental company, located in the center of Katakolon, Elis West Greece in a amphitheatric place above the harbor. It consists of five (5) rooms with aircondition, refrigerator, private bathroom and FREE Internet WiFi access, located in a unique setting, among trees and beautiful view to the village of Katakolon and the sea.

Es besteht aus fünf (5) Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, eigenes Bad und Kostenlose Internet-WiFi-Zugang, in einer einzigartigen Umgebung, inmitten von Bäumen und schönen Blick auf das Dorf von Katakolon und das Meer.
Location
- Tsoukalas Rooms to Let, are located at the hillside of Katakolo(n) village (very close to the center and the port of Katakolon) and the only way to reach the rooms is to climb a stair of 79 steps.
- If you plan to visit us with your own vehicle, you can park on the public parking lot, which is located near the rooms (at 5-7 min walking distance).
- The nearest bus station is about 3-5 minutes walking distance from our place.

– Unfortunately, due to its location, there is no exact address for our accommodation, but it is very easy to find it when you come to Katakolo,
By Car: When you enter Katakolo, you will see the Church of St. Nicolas at your right hand. Continue straight and turn left at the first vertical road and go straight to find the public parking lot and park your car. Then, walk back and turn left at the main road. Continue straight and after about 60m, turn right onto the first vertical road you meet. At the end of this road (on the opposite side) follow the path that leads up the hill and then climb the stairs to your left to find us. *
By feet: After the Church of St. Nicolas and as you walk down to the center of Katakolon, you will see a small street with coffee and souvenir shops on your right. Continue straight and after about 60m, turn right onto the first vertical road you meet. At the end of this road (on the opposite side) follow the path that leads up the hill and then climb the stairs to your left to find us. *
